Nikon....

I use Nikon equipment and is quite happy doing so.
Yeah it would be really nice having a D3x and all that (if it wasn't for the price tag). So not to complain about Nikon but this one is just too funny...

I don't think I quite got it...
But I do have a question... where do you get your pictures printed? I can't seem to find a decent place that doesn't leave them looking flat and pixelated (and I'm using high res images). Of course I don't want to break the bank, but these pictures aren't even as good as the film ones I used to get. :(

;-) yeah I know... it's kind of... political and well I grew up in DK with a lot of history and movies like that. Which does some and then ... yeah I would like one of those D3x but a bit pricy for me. It's a great camera though.

For printing most labs will do a good job (btw. walmart is not a photo lab).
Use something like mpix.com, bay photo or Richmond camera
However I must admit that after getting the processing learned I do most printing myself.
I use the Epson luster paper which gives a great texture or the Epson matte for black and white. Also another great paper is the ilford luster which is really high quality.

If you pick a lab I would recommend using the color correction as they will do what they did with film in the old days and your photos come back perfect.
Many in store kiosks and some online does not offer that service which can result in low contrast (flat) photos.
